Niche line Oriza L. Legrand will launch Villa Lympia, a new fragrance inspired by the French Riviera, this month.
The freshness of a gentle breeze, with hints of sea foam and salt, wafting into the shelter of a beach cabin, mingling with scents of moistened wood and burning sand.
Villa Lympia casts an air of summer over the Riviera for the first swims of the season...
Oriza L. Legrand Villa Lympia will be available in 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

I am dying to try this line!
See below!
Pretty sure “moistened wood and burning sand” is not going to be up my alley.
I’m really commenting here that I have an almost-full set of Oriza samples that I mostly hated and would like to find a new home for. Anybody in the continental US want ’em? PM me pls.
Pretty sure moistened wood is a particularly bad translation issue! At least, I hope so. Mildewed beach cabin?
That image did come to mind.
I would love to try them!
Yours for the asking! Email me, malsnano86 AT the geemayle DOT com (real address suitably disguised from the thiefbots, I hope – just make that look like normal).
I do love Oriza perfumes and I was just about to send off for another sample pack because I can’t decided between Relique and Deja Le Printemps for my early summer treat….so I’ll wait until 2 May to try Villa. There’s something about the quality of this line that is so beautiful. Very different to other niche lines and I cant say I love them all but there are three that are outstanding imo. Reve d’Ossian which is a wonderful aldehyde and frankincense, Relique d’Amour a strange floral musty incense and Deja le Printemps and summery figgy floral. All done with impeccable style and quality.
I love this line. To date Chypre Mousse is the most expensive full bottle I’ve purchased, and it’s really ravishing. I think Kevin’s review got me interested, but the sample made it plain I could not do without it. I’d love to know if this one is in the same category. Keeping my eye on this line.
I received a huge sample of this thro the post last week along with several others. Unfortunately its not for me. It opens very sweet in a rather plastic way and has a tiny element of marine wafting thro at the beginning which disappears fairly quickly leaving a rather linear sweet/stale aroma. It sticks to skin and clothes for ages but the drydown is not good. It does smell of hot sand! But hot sand that has had too many people sitting on it wearing cheap perfume eating candy floss. Disappointed with this esp compared to Relique d’Amour which is stunning and Chypre Mousse.
