International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) has introduced the 2016 Secret Smelling Collection.*
The perfumers of IFF thrive on creative challenges. Speed Smelling allows IFF perfumers to freely exercise their talents as olfactory artists, with no creative or budget constraints. For the 2016 Edition, this renowned series has been retitled as the Secret Smelling Collection, as these 11 magical, experimental scents have been created to specially showcase the secret tricks, materials and techniques that IFF's masterful perfumers consider to be their secret weapons.
This year's collection includes fragrances from perfumers Nicolas Beaulieu, Domitille Bertier, Alexis Dadier, Loc Dong, Anne Flipo, Nelly Hachem-Ruiz, Jean-Christophe Hérault, Bruno Jovanovic, Juliette Karagueuzoglou, Sophie Labbé and Dominique Ropion.
IFF 2016 Secret Smelling Collection includes eleven 10 ml spray bottles in a presentation box with booklet and smelling strips. $160 at Luckyscent.

Wow! Intriguing concept, and the packaging is wonderful too. I’ll put this on my radar, although it is a little too expensive for me right now…
Yes — and a few of the fragrances really sound great.
Ooooooo. I sure would love this (though this year I don’t see any standouts like other years) and $160 isn’t bad for that much perfume. Sadly not in my budget this month though.
Nor mine, but it does look like fun.
Just couple of weeks ago I was passing next to Bruno Jovanovic office when I was visiting IFF hq in Paris.
