Niche line Mark Buxton Perfumes has introduced A Day In My Life, a new unisex rose fragrance.
The one and only flower, the queen of flowers...the rose.
Not a normal rose, a rose from out of space, futuristic, unique, twisted, surprising, modern, vibrating, sensual and deep. The ultimate flower shown in a new context.
Notes for the woody floral include mandarin, red pepper, rose, elemi, lily of the valley, cistus, patchouli and sandalwood.
Mark Buxton Perfumes A Day In My Life is available at Nose in France, in 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

Sort of meh notes to me, except for the LOTV because I’m a sucker for that.
But the name of the frag just seems sort of…. self-absorbed? I could see a lot of people being turned off by that. Although, who the heck knows.
Many of his songs have names with musical or other references…hard to know here if he actually means it in the literal way. It isn’t on his website yet so I have no way to check.
And just saw something on FB about the scent, referencing the Beatles song. I assume they did not want to use the exact title.
I’d prefer it if my rose didn’t vibrate, thank you.
🙂
I wonder if there is any day in my life that might be characterized as vibrating roses and red pepper. I’d like to think so! 😉
