Spanish niche brand Carner Barcelona has launched Palo Santo, a new unisex fragrance.
Warm caramel, sweet tonka bean and vetyver fuse with the intensity of Palo Santo creating a fragrance that calms the soul.
A ‘’sacred wood’’ steeped in magic and mysticism for thousands of years, releases an enchanting aromatic essence that swirls to life in a spellbinding blend that infuses earthy hints of wood and incense. Coveted by shamans for centuries, it is believed that this spiritual wood has the power to protect and usher in good fortune. A faint misting will cleanse the mood and raise spirits, invoking the true purifying virtues of Palo Santo.
The notes feature davana, rum accord, warm milk, guaiac wood, tonka bean, cedar, vetiver and amyris.
Carner Barcelona Palo Santo is available in 50 (€90) and 100 ml (€135) Eau de Parfum.

I have heard a lot about Palo Santo and seen it sold in slivers to burn like incense, but never smelled. ‘A fragrance that calms the soul’ sounds like it’s pitched exvlusivly to me. I love a memorable wood (I see Feminite du Bois as my own sacred space. An ornate wooden box filled with my most secret dreams and wishes, locked up for no one to see. FdB is very special to me.
Would love to smell *this* sacred wood.
