Avery Fine Perfumery, the retail arm of Intertrade Group, will launch a debut collection of fragrances. The five scents are named for the letters in the word Avery, and will be exclusive to the Avery stores.
A as in Adorable ~ "A fragrance with soft velvet notes. Slightly citrus thanks to the presence of lemon and lime, comforting for the presence of incense and black pepper, and ending in a base of white musk and vanilla."
V as in Vigorous ~ "Capable of invigorating thanks to green and vibrant notes such as blackcurrant, peach and grapefruit to which are added the energy of heliotrope, jasmine and coriander enriched by a powerful base of patchouli, cedar wood and benzoin from Siam."
E as in Evocative ~ "Elusive freshness of fruit such as strawberries and plums, accompanied by scented flowers such as iris, freesia, jasmine and rose which are enclosed within an intense final trail with a base of leather, tonka beans and cedar wood."
R as in Royal ~ "A retro perfume of old-fashioned eau de cologne. Marine but decisive, a rich fragrance of sensations. With clean head notes such as mandarin, the marine accord which merges with peppermint, a heart of spicy notes with white sage, basil and oregano and a reassuring base of sandalwood, oak musk and fir balsam."
Y as in Young at Heart ~ "Exuberant, elegant, but timeless. A joyful and intriguing fragrance with head notes such as saffron and coffee, mitigated by a large floral heart of rose petals, lily of the valley and geranium which lead to a deep woody base of finest agarwood, myrrh, sandalwood, guayacan wood and cedar wood."
The Avery Perfume Collection fragrances will be £98 each, size and concentration unknown.
