French niche line Parfums de Marly has launched two more fragrances in their horse-inspired range: Darcy and Galloway. Other recent launches from the brand include Kuhuyan, Hamdani, Habdan and Oajan.
Darcy (shown) ~ a feminine floral; " a heartfelt tribute to the best of all horses and also to the noble discipline of riding." The notes include bergamot, citrus, orange, rose, jasmine, patchouly, gourmand notes, woods and white musk.
Galloway ~ a unisex citrus fragrance introduced in 2013 and named for the Scottish horse, with notes of pepper, iris, orange blossom, amber and musk.
Parfums de Marly Darcy and Galloway are available in 120 ml Eau de Parfum.

Like the bottle!
It’s a bit too “luxe” for my taste, but looks nicely done.
Can someone explain the Darcy horse reference? Is there a famous horse by that name?
I associate Darcy with the hero of Pride and Prejudice whom I barely associate with horse riding and certainly not with feminine florals.
I don’t know…the rest of the perfume names are all horses you can find on google, but can’t figure out Darcy.
Kind of silly. I’d be interested in a masculine Mr. Ed Eau de Cologne.
