Sooo I guess now is when we’ll be buying backup bottles of our favorite endangered L’Artisans?? (Yeah? If someone can think of a reason I shouldn’t get a full bottle of Dzing right now, speak now or forever hold your peace!)

I’d say now is the time — I don’t think they ever go over 25% off. Shame there seem to be almost no 50 ml bottles left, in anything. And boy do I miss those 15 ml bottles.

Yep that’s the only thing giving me pause–Dzing’s one of my favorites but even assuming, optimistically, that I continue to wear it as much as I do now, it would take me 10 years to finish 100ml. But given the Explosions d’Emotions pricing, I fear it’ll go into the vault only to be re-released as a limited edition at twice the price.

Ok, I’ve pulled the trigger! But yes if the L’Artisan gods are reading, please know that there are at least half a dozen more I’d buy in 15ml if given the opportunity! (In fact I did–thanks Sephora, for my Timbuktu!) I wonder what the logic is there–does the availability of 15ml and 50ml bottles really cannibalize their 100ml sales that much? Because for me at least, I’m definitely buying less overall than I would if there were more sizing options. But maybe I’m not their typical customer.

There are easily 7 I would buy right now in 15 ml…even 30 ml would be preferable to 100 ml. Don’t know what the logic is, except they used to do it but stopped so assume they have a reason. But betcha companies like Atelier Cologne are selling a lot of 30 ml bottles.
