Italian niche line Hilde Soliani has launched Mmm, a new aromatic gourmand fragrance:
...for this creation, Soliani departs from her dessert menu sweet-spot and takes as her muse a main course from the famed Le Calandre in Padova - “deconstructed ravioli of burrata butter on a bed of incense and basil.”
The notes include basil, vanilla, incense and burrata accord.
Hilde Soliani Mmm can be found now at Luckyscent, $185 for 100 ml.

I am pretty sure that I do not wish to smell of cheese…..
Not sure there is cheese…there is a cheese called burrata, but burrata also just means buttered. Who knows. Not sure I want to smell of basil & butter either, but I do love basil so might be worth a shot.
Ya, not sure if I wanna smell like basil and butter either, lol. Maybe on some garlic bread with some pasta:).
I wanted to like Saaliiisssiimo really bad but just didn’t. That’s my only experience with this line.
I have only tried a few myself.
Sounds really interesting, I reckon. I absolutely loved her Stecca. Will keep an open mind and sample…….thanks so much Robin, as always, for keeping us all abreast of latest developments in the perfume arena. xxx
Hey, thanks for reading!
Browned molten butter – smells nutty, doesn’t it?
I liked Bell’Antonio, also Mangiamo dopo Teatro and Tulipano Nero. Saalissimo and Fraaagole are quirky but no staying power and very much like one of the Demeters….
