Swiss niche line Ys Uzac has launched two new fragrances, Immortal Beloved and Satin Doll.
Immortal Beloved (shown) ~ "Faithfully translating Ludwig v. Beethoven's mysterious love letters into golden extracts, IMMORTAL BELOVED is a play between a dark amber rose, a warm and ripe plum, and a rich but elusive Cognac. Loving it just as it is: scenic, opulent, immortal." Additional notes include lavender, black pepper, davana, immortelle, cistus, opoponax and castoreum.
Satin Doll ~ "SATIN DOLL - the spicy iris modern chypre - proclaims its seductive games through the joyful moment of prohibited paradise. The peppery iris, embraced by a bitter and dry tuberose, exquisitely mirrors Duke Ellington's unforgettable masterpiece. Wear it to shine at jazz night!" Additional notes include pink pepper, elemi, pepper, rose, jasmine, myrrh, incense, patchouli, opoponax and benzoin.
Ys Uzac Immortal Beloved and Satin Doll are available in 100 ml Eau de Parfum Haute Concentration.

These both sound interesting. I have only tried one from Ys Uzac but I’d like to try more. I do wish these were available in less than 100ml.
Really, 100 ml is too much! But I have not yet tried this brand at all.
Know where I could sample these in the US? I haven’t been tempted by any of their earlier releases but these two sound nice. (Might have to wait awhile; that’s fine…)
Hi Mals: I think the line is carried by LuckyScent, so it should probably get these eventually.
Thank you dear heart. 🙂
Thanks Joe, I am late…
Surrender to Chance has samples of some of their other ones. http://surrendertochance.com/ys-uzac/
Meant to add “So perhaps they’ll have samples of these two new ones soon?”
Thanks!
I have Pohadka and have been wearing it recently. Very unusual and deft combination of tobacco, narcissus and what seems like mint – really the essence of a cool green early summer evening in mountains. I’ll try to sniff these new ones, too.
Osswald has 4 of the line (not sure whether that’s everything so far bar the new ones). Very nice perfumes. I’ve a sample of Pohadka and agree with nozknoz’s assessment.
