Laura Biagiotti has launched Essenza di Roma, a tribute to the 25th anniversary of the brand’s first fragrance, Roma, and to the ‘true essence’ of Rome. It is also the feminine counterpart to the recently launched Essenza di Roma Uomo.
Notes for the floriental fragrance include tangerine scent, almond, cyclamen, vanilla and sandalwood.
Laura Biagiotti Essenza di Roma is available in 25, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Toilette.

Jeez! Essenza seems to be the it word for a flanker that essentiallyessentially contains the same-quality ingredients once used in the original before it was cheapened down, but NOT marked down.
Essentially, I apologise for essentially overusing certain words.
LOL! But still, you’re right.
I loved the original, love really and still have a partial bottle of it left. Definitely not the most sophisticated of my fragrances but lovely all the same. I can’t see that I have an overwhelming desire to try this flanker.
Roma was a really nice scent, I do remember liking it.
Same here. The original Roma was one of my favorites in the late ’80s-early ’90s. I remember I smelled it on a scent strip in a magazine and was so smitten that I raced over to Lord & Taylor that same day to buy it — and the wonderful SA threw in full-size tubes of the matching body cream (heavenly) and shower gel, plus a mini of the fragrance! It was a very happy day in my perfume history. 🙂
