British perfume house Floris has launched Cherry Blossom, a new fruity floral fragrance for women:
This soft, feminine fragrance opens with a crisp fresh top note of bergamot, orange and pink peppercorn that lead to a delicate floral heart of cherry blossom, osmanthus, peony and rose enriched with a touch of ripe cherries. Finally, a musky sandalwood base adds warmth and depth.
Floris Cherry Blossom is available now at Harrods in the UK, in 100 ml Eau de Parfum, £99.

You know, this could be really pretty. But at this point, the words “fruity floral” make me think “Gaaack! No!” I really should get over this reaction – I might miss something wonderful. Or not…?
I don’t always mind fruity floral, but have yet to meet a cherry blossom that wasn’t pretty dull.
Cherry blossoms always smell better on the tree!! lol
I would agree. CB perfumes always smell more like cherry fruit than cherry blossom.
