New York-based clothing retailer Odin New York has launched 08 Seylon, a new unisex fragrance.
Harvested from the wild landscapes of Sri Lanka comes a scent that truly represents an authentic interpretation of pure vetiver. Seylon opens with the watery crispness of fresh yuzu followed by the tartness of bitter orange and bergamot. Middle notes of spicy nutmeg, resinous elemi and wormwood merge together with a rich base of warm benzoin, damp oakmoss and the soft earthiness of calming vetiver.
08 Seylon was developed by perfumer Philippe Romano.
Odin 08 Seylon is available now for pre-order at Luckyscent, 100 ml Eau de Parfum for $165.

Now that sounds very sniff worthy! I know absolutely nothing about the brand though I would have figuered a scent called Odin to be have a fir tree, cold outdoors aspect given that Odin is from Norse mythology.
They are generally really well done, although so far, have not been dying to own any of them. This one is very tempting!
I really like this brand. I own a FB of Odin 07 Tanoke and think it’s pretty fantastic. This is really appealing as well, although priced considerably higher than Tanoke (I believe).
It is much more, & not sure why.
OK, this is probably beating a dead horse, but–why only a 100 ml size? No many niche brands seem to be doing this. AG seems to have phased out most of their 50 ml bottles. I wish more brands would offer small sizes or coffrets. This does sound interesting, but I probably will never try it, because even if I liked it, I don’t really need 100 ml of anything.
Agree, it’s too much juice.
uugh.. not yuzu again…
