Victoria's Secret has launched Very Sexy Touch (above left), a new flanker to 2002's Very Sexy:
Tempting. Sensual. Very Sexy Touch. Go beyond desire. Italian iris, gilded apricot, amber wood.
Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Touch is available in 30 or 75 ml Eau de Parfum.

Adidas has launched Extreme Power Special Edition (above right), a new fragrance for men inspired by football (by which they mean soccer) and brand ambassador Zinedine Zidane.
The notes for the aromatic woody scent include lemon, bergamot, galbanum, coffee accord, geranium, apple, patchouli, tonka bean, sandalwood and white cedar.
Adidas Extreme Power is available in 50 ml Eau de Toilette and a variety of grooming products.

Have fragrance houses re-discovered the apricot following Bottega Veneta’s success?
Otherwise the Victoria Secret flacon looks like a cheap copy of YSL Elle.
The Adidas flacon looks like it contains a functional drink
Nile Godess you beat me to the punch on the bottle! (see my comment below) 😉
I was just about to point out that it looks like YSL too! The bottle just does not translate Very Sexy Touch. I don’t care much for apricot scent in fragrance either, so it just does not interest me. The Adidas looks like a vodka bottle or even a bottle of mouthwash. Not very appealing, but I am interested in the notes, except apple… I like eating apples, not wearing them.
Totally agree — cheap copy of Elle.
Robin, so good to see a new Adidas frag, I think the 2008 crisis hit them hard as they didn´t launch as many new deodorants, etc. a year as they used to.
I must confess once in a while I buy their deodorants… I still miss the “Urban Spice” one… 😉
I was going to go into a whole “the world understands “football” when we say football, american football is not football” etc etc etc… but this year i’m not going to trashing american football, as Madonna rocked the superbowl halftime show. 😉 Thank you NFL! 😀
Oh and that vanity fair bottle looks very much like YSL “elle” and its flankers… I guess no one can trademark square bottles, but this is too close…. Vanity Fail? 😉 LOL
Oh It is VICTORIA SECRET, not VANITY FAIR! so MY BAD …
damn I was so trying to be b!tchy and I FAIL MYSELF! LOL
The only Adidas fragrance I announced last year was Happy Game, but I’m not at all sure that I announce them all! You’re probably right that they’ve slowed down.
I absolutely PROMISE you that many Americans are unaware that what we call soccer is called football everywhere else in the world. Don’t forget, first of all, that many people (myself included) aren’t paying attention to sports anyway!
I totally believe you, remember I interact with a LOT of americans at work, so I know it is 100% true.. and that is why my comment was filled with wink-winks and smilies 🙂
Sorry I was too dense to pick up on your smilies & whatnot, LOL…I thought that part was serious!
Why is it that when something has the word ‘sexy’ in it’s name, usually it’s not very sexy at all?
Read the headline too fast, and I was fully expecting the Adidas perfume to be called something like “Very Sexy Sneakers”…
HA — I would love Very Sexy Sneakers!
“its” 🙂
