Demeter has launched Butterscotch, the latest addition to their fragrance library:
Butterscotch is smooth, buttery and rich, a warm and delectable blend, in the best Demeter gourmand tradition.
The primary ingredients in Butterscotch are brown sugar and butter. According to "Housewife's Corner" in an 1848 newspaper, the real recipe for "making Doncaster butterscotch is one pound of butter, one pound of sugar and a quarter of a pound of treacle, boiled together." Butterscotch is similar to Toffee, but for butterscotch the sugar is boiled to the soft stage, and not hard, as with toffee.
Demeter Butterscotch is available in in 15, 30 or 120 ml Cologne ($6 – $39.50) and in matching bath & body products.

Did they have to add jasmine to Lavande? The rest sounds fine, but why jasmine!?
As a jasmine lover, I have to say why not? 🙂
Oh I get it! I don’t really like jasmine, it gives me headaches, so I tend to say “no” to any jasmine perfume, even without trying it
The Lavande sounds like it could be nice, and the Butterscotch is making me hungry!
It must be why I ate all day 🙂
Lavender and jasmine together sound ideal to me! I’ll have to see if i can track down a sample…
Beautyhabit usually gets these eventually.
