Creed has launched four new fragrances: Royal Oud, Original Cologne, Jardin d'Amalfi and White Flowers.
Royal Oud ~ "A dream perfume from the pages of the Arabian Nights...CREED’s new masterpiece is ambiguous and mysterious; earthy, exotic and sensual in turn, enhanced by base notes of legendary, costly oil of oud...ROYAL OUD celebrates the glamour, spirituality and eroticism of oriental perfumery: spicy fresh top notes of lemon, pink pepper and bergamot entice into a dark deep heart of angelica, bitter green galbanum and Lebanese cedar. At the base, revel in the beguiling warmth of sandalwood and musk. Finally, surrender to the bewitching, sultry enigma of oud which complements the galbanum, and graces this unique fragrance with Creed’s legendary tenacity." In 75 ml Spray, $300.
Original Cologne ~ "Inspired by the legendary colognes of the Regency and Victorian era, ORIGINAL COLOGNE is a scintillating fragrance of glittering freshness and stylish panache: CREED have orchestrated traditional and modern notes to produce a triumphant accord that is clear and clean, but profoundly tenacious... ORIGINAL COLOGNE is for the assured man who is confident and comfortable in his style, relaxed and assured in his approach to life...Classic top notes of Calabrian bergamot, lemon and grapefruit fizz like iced champagne and provide an exhilarating prelude to a dark green heart of bitter galbanum which contrasts excitingly with sweet pear and petitgrain. The rich, warm base blends CREED’s signature ambergris with white musks and rice powder, evoking the dandies and swells of Edwardian London and Paris." $575 for 250 ml Spray.
Jardin d'Amalfi ~ "Cruise down the beautiful Italian coast on an emerald sea to the glorious JARDINS D’AMALFI, glittering with exotic fruits and piquant spices. CREED’s new scent in their collectors’ ROYALES EXCLUSIVES line is a luscious homage to la dolce vita and the glamour of international Society on the Amalfi coast: the drama of the landscape, the balmy air redolent with fragrance and that ineffable sense of Italian romance, leisure and elegance. Erwin has personally sourced oils of Amalfi tangerine, Sicilian lemon and bergamot from Calabria to give the dazzling exhilaration of the top notes a wholly authentic Italian provenance. These gracefully yield to a dark woody heart of vetiver, sandalwood and pink pepper: a shady walk along mountain paths gazing out onto the shimmering sea. The classic Creed base is of Olivier’s signature ambergris blended with Tonkin musk: gloriously soft, rich and very tenacious." In 250 ml Splash, £375.
White Flowers ~ "WHITE FLOWERS is Creed’s first fragrance in their sumptuous new Royal Collection, gloriously conceived and packaged for the ultimate perfume connoisseur. WHITE FLOWERS is the dream scent of every bride, veiled in the sparkling dew of a perfect summer’s dawn. Cascades of creamy flowers bloom to full fragrance under a sky of perfect blue; the sun draws out hints of dazzling Mediterranean citrus and tender apple blossom in the top notes. The heart reveals the cool greenness of delicate young violet leaves amid the velvety profusion of intoxicating white petals – profusions of jasmine, white geranium and rose. Graceful base notes include narcissus, musk and sandalwood." $550 for 250 ml Splash.

Update: Original Cologne was later renamed Pure White Cologne.
Is it me or does it seem like “pink pepper” is showing up in 75% of everything that is newly launched nowadays?
Yep, it’s very popular.
I’ve noticed it too, and it’s an immediate turn-off.
I sniffed 3 of these yesterday! WEll, I tried an oud that I thought was new but not sure it was Royal. It was really nice, anyway.
The White Flowers and Cologne are both very fresh and classic. Absolutely not worth that price tag. Of the two I would more likely buy the White Flowers, since a classic cologne is not hard to come by.
On the other hand, I fell hard for Virgin Island Water, which surprised me!
The Creed line is very expensive, and of course they mostly do these giant sizes. Ack.

If you really want something from Creed, go here. They have the majority of the line for 50% to 70% off.
There’s a lot of fake Creed out there. Too much of a bargain makes me worry. I look forward to trying White Flowers. ‘Cascades of creamy flowers’ sounds heavenly. I LOVE Fleurissimo, and I wear Love in Black a lot too.
I’ve not ordered any Creed from them, but I’ve definitely ordered quite a bit of other things from them and they have been authentic.
I love virgin island water too, it is my fave scent right now! To me, it was worth every penny. I’ve sampled love in white and love in black and neither interest me very much, but I am curious to try the new white flowers. Although I am not sure how different it will be from other “white flower” scents out there…
This is serendipity. I stopped into Neiman Marcus today and had an opportunity to smell Original Cologne, White Flowers and Royal Oud. I smelled White Flowers first and it was nice. I then smelled Original Cologne and really liked that one. It smells very similar to Atelier Cologne Bois Blonds which I own. Last, but not least I smelled Royal Oud. It was LOVE at first sniff. I wasnt expecting it, and was slightly distracted talking to my girlfriend when I first put it to my nose. But it literally stop me mid-sentence. It’s beautiful. Even my friend that isn’t a big perfume fan, loved it. This is a masterful treatment of Oud, though I must say it has a resemblance to Le Labo Rose 31, which I also love. I would put it on my FBW list were it not for me completely choking on the $300 price tag . But alas, it is lovely indeed 🙂
Yeah, I just had to google to see if that was the one I tried – it is quite yummy. I am already choking on the price tag for the Kilian Incense Oud, not sure I want to actually choke to DEATH.
It really is a shame they don’t do a 30 ml size, but I think they so badly want to maintain their luxury status — they probably don’t care if they lose customers who can’t afford the larger sizes.
White Flowers’s bottle looks like a Guerlain old bottle. Nice.
i lovvvve love in black. the others ones do not last on my skin to cost so much. just too expensive when u can get others that smell better
I love the White Flowers but the price is turn-off. Anyone can suggest an alternate?
I’ve never smelled it, sorry.
