Cartier has launched Baiser Volé (Stolen Kiss), a new fresh powdery floral perfume for women:
An original creation from Cartier's in-house perfumer, Baiser Volé, meaning 'Stolen Kiss,' is the expression of love according to Cartier. A story of pure passion told through a strikingly feminine and rare flower: the lily. Baiser Volé is a pure floral fragrance, reflecting all its perfection for the first time: fresh, floral and powdery.
Baiser Volé was developed by perfumer Mathilde Laurent.
Cartier Baiser Volé is available in 30, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum and in matching body products. It can be found now at Nordstrom.

Update: see a review of Cartier Baiser Volé.
This sounds worth a try. I like the funky cap. And I might even be able to try it at my local Nordies.
Does sound worth a try…hope it’s better than Cartier de Lune.
De Lune was a bit of a Letdown… Wasn’t It??? 🙁
Gosh, yes…to me almost an embarrassment for Cartier.
Could be a lovely. Powdery notes always makes me interesting. I like the flacon. I hope to see more notes soon. I hope for a sophisticated and rich scent.
It’s a great bottle, and ditto on the notes…all I know is lily.
i’m surprised that ‘baiser’ is still used as ‘kiss’. i only know it as a colloquial term for ‘intercourse’ lol.
‘baiser’ as a noun means ‘kiss’ and is perfectly respectable. It’s ‘baiser’ as a verb that one shouldn’t use in polite company. LOL!
Talk about linguistic nuances!
Well, French is a very subtle language. 🙂
Maybe it’s deliberate, a double entendre, so it’s also a stolen you know what …
No, there is no double entendre: ‘baiser volé’ just means ‘stolen kiss’.
And sometimes copy editors are just ignorant! This perfume does sound worth a try – I love lillies.
Hummm! I like too much powdery and rose notes, especially that “old” ones. And this bottle, very beautiful! Like a clean jewel!
Me too! I love perfumes that smell like expensive body powder.
Maybe you’ll like Vanderbilt from Gloria Vanderbilt. But it’s not expensive at all…
When I first saw the bottle I thought it was in the shape of a cig lighter? A very expensive Cartier one, of course!
That’s it!! Its top also remember the shape of some Cartier watches.
THAT BOTTLE IS GORGE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sounds like something to add to my already long MUST HAVE List!!! LOL
Will try!
I’m glad the accent appeared in the text because I was puzzled as to why a fragrance would be named after a vole (as in mouse-like rodent).
Smelled this yesterday at Nordstrom. I want it! It was so lovely and light and just an overall beautiful scent. Even the blotters were beautiful. It reminds me of SOMETHING, though. I can’t think of what. I didn’t know they came in 30 mls! That’s the size I think I want. Where can we find the 30 ml, Robin?
P.S, I also fell in love with Shalimar Parfum Initial, Robin 😉
I think lots of people are falling for the SPI!
Can’t say about the 30 mls, except that they’re always last to appear and sometimes they’re only at Sephora (which doesn’t even have this yet).
