These sound kinda boring. Why don’t I just rub a tea bag behind my ears?
They really could have done a way better job on the ad copy…they do sound boring.
Especially with those insipid colours…
I’m so not interested in tea scents. Haven’t we been there and done that a while ago?
some people are interested in them, though.
Oh, I didn’t mean that Robin was boring or that she shouldn’t have reported them. Just stating an opinion.
I think I might be interested if they’d provided more info. Basil Green Tea could be great. But they’ve given so little info that it’s not very compelling.
I might give Basil Green Tea a try.
They do sell samples.
I am a tea drinker and love the aroma of different tea blends but I’ve actually never heard of tea fragrances. I would like to give them a try.
You should also check out the Bulgari tea series (Eau Parfumée au Thé Vert/Rouge/Blanc) + Omnia has a very nice tea note.
Jo Malone just released a series of tea scents as well, but I haven’t tried any of them.
Thanks. I’ll add these to my ever expanding list of perfumes to try.
Keep in mind Au The Rouge has been discontinued. You’ll have to look for it online (probably evilbay.) Also thier other two scents sometimes sold as part of the tea scented line Petits et Mamans (chamomile tea) and Black (lapsang souchong).
Also there’s an Elizabeth Arden green tea er…cologne, I think, with at least one flanker, and l’Occitane has an entire series of scents built around green tea. There is also (I think I’m remembering correctly) one from Mistral that went the way of the dodo a few years back, but that may also be available on line.
Also, I’m using the word also way too much today. Sorry about that.
