L'Occitane has launched Pivoine Flora, a new fragrance for women:
There is a Mediterranean legend of a beautiful nymph named Paeonia, who was so courted by the gods that a jealous goddess transformed her into a flower with a thousand petals – a peony. Since then, this symbol of beauty brightens every spring with its dazzling show of colors and scents.
Pivoine Flora was developed by perfumer Dorothée Piot. The notes include bergamot, grapefruit, green notes, peony, magnolia, violet, vanilla, cedar and musk.
L'Occitane Pivoine Flora is available in 50 ml Eau de Parfum (shown, $60) or 75 ml Eau de Toilette ($40), and in a variety of bath and body products. (via ca.loccitane)
You know, it’s too bad that I’ve become tough and cynical in my long 4 months of being a perfumista about the endless pink flankers–now that it’s spring, a perfectly acceptable time to have one, and I’m not feeling it!
