Hi, when I go to the Artisan site I dont see any notice of the free shipping until the 31st. Would that only show up when I actually try to pay for the item? I’m wondering because I want to find out whether the free shipping would be international, and whether one could still pay for up-graded shipping if it is..
I assume it would only show up when you paid, and that it is US only.
