Banana Republic has launched Wildbloom, a new fruity floral chypre fragrance for women. Wildbloom is described as a "captivating and whimsical blend of sparkling fruit and watery floral".
Wildbloom was developed by perfumer Jean-Claude Delville; the notes feature guava, pear skin, kumquat, pink grapefruit, watery hydrangea, pikake, blue orchid, wild camellia, patchouli, sandalwood, tonka, oud, musk and pink suede.
Banana Republic Wildbloom is available in 50 ml Eau de Parfum.

Did I just read the word “chypre”?
Yes. A modern chypre, I’m sure.
“Modern chypre” = “contains patchouli”.
I know what the phrase “banana republic” means, but I swear, every time I read the name of one of their scents, I briefly think that whatever it is, is smells like bananas.
And I think of college political science classes….
What exactly does “pink suede” smell like?
I’m sure they want to emphasize that it isn’t *too* animalic.
