French fashion house Torrente has launched L'Or Blanc, a new floral fragrance for women that "evokes dreams of luxury couture":
L'Or by Torrente was a fine alchemy of coffee and roses that celebrated the absolute metal. Today, L'Or becomes white: the white of pure, brilliant and precious white gold. The metamorphosis of a metal draped in silver.
The fragrance notes include mandarin, orange blossom, white pepper, white grapes, osmanthus, jasmine, patchouli, sandalwood and white amber.
Torrente L'Or Blanc is available in 30 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum. (via torrente.fr)
Why would you cover gold with silver? And what, more to the point, does that have to do with the scent? I will say it's a pretty bottle, but the copy makes me want to seek out the coffee and roses scent (should be the official juice of Portland OR!), not to seek out this one.
Beats me! Someone just commented on the original L'Or very recently, wish I could remember under which article. It does sound nice.
Is a version of this going to be available online?
If it is…
… is it going to be called Bit Torrente….
….
….sorry….
…I'll get my coat.
HA! No doubt 😉
Hey, was it me? Trying to remember…
D'oh!
Beautiful bottle, but the original gold is better.
Agree, although I've never seen any of them in person.
