Coming this spring from Italian niche line il Profumo, three floral Eaux de Parfum for women and a new fragrance for men:
Blanche Jacinthe (shown) ~ "This delicate fragrance opens with celestial notes of water hyacinth leading to sensual heart of wild white and water white hyacinth with orange flowers and jasmine. It closes with a trail of amber and musky notes." Additional notes include galbanum and chamomile.
Songe de Tulipe ~ "Inspired by a painting of fields of tulips caressed by the wind, this fragrance is fresh, floral and fruity. Tulips are scentless flowers but this fragrance cleverly captures their character – original and intriguing." The notes feature white lemon, pink water lily, grapefruit, calamo, green notes, pineapple, iris, jasmine, sandalwood, Hinoki cedar and tonka bean.
Coquelicot or Blue Poppy of Tibet ~ "This is a truly feminine fragrance with an ethnic, hypnotic lilt inspired by the rhythm and colours of a female dancing troupe. The Blue Poppy of Tibet is found at desolate altitudes, often as high as 2000 metres. It is simple in appearance but legendary for its brilliance of colour and the size of its flowers." The notes include rose hips, bamboo, wisteria, white melon, blue poppy, jasmine, hyacinth, rose, amber, frangipani, patchouli and vetiver.
Blanche Jacinthe, Songe de Tulipe & Coquelicot will be available in 50 or 100 ml Eau de Parfum.
Imprinting Pour Homme ~ "This is a classic perfume with a fresh virile personality. A harmony of citrus fruits, flowers, wood and musk lasts on the skin on the skin and it can be used as a body splash." The notes feature leaves and fruits of bitter orange, white lemon, grapefruit, bergamot orange, white tea, orange flowers, olea, sambac jasmine, ylang-ylang, woody musk, citron, vetiver and verbena.
Imprinting will be available in 50 ml or 100 ml Eau de Parfum, or in a limited edition 250 ml Body Splash.

No, Il Profumo, not all tulips are scentless; see this link (no affiliation; just a rather frustrated gardener / perfumista speaking / writing):

However, AFAIK, all poppies are – unless you count the smell of their pods as 'fragrance'.
