Sonoma Scent Studio has launched Voile de Violette, an all new fragrance with more violet and less musk than the original Voile de Violette. Described as a "soft non-powdery violet and iris accompanied by woods and musk", Voile de Violette also features notes of rose, cedar, vetiver, violet leaf, tonka bean, hay and myrrh.
Sonoma Scent Studio Voile de Violette is available in 15 and 30 ml Eau de Parfum; samples are also available. (via sonomascentstudio)
This sounds very pretty. Mind you, everything floral sounds pretty at this time of year. I've reached that point of the year where I keep opening the Amoureuse box to remind myself what nature smells like…. I even dabbed on some Kai a few days ago! But I like the sound of hay and vetiver in this one.
The hay & vetiver caught my eye too…and know what you mean about yearning for florals! We've a long way to go until spring.
