Just when I think I'm safe for a little while, something like “markdowns on L'Artisan” comes along to make me want to part with a big chunk of November's disposable income. I've finally been bitten by the L'Artisan monster and am practically ready to buy either Timbuktu, Mechant Loup, or Bois Farine unsniffed from that seller. Can membership in Perfumistas Anonymous be far behind?

Yes, but once you figure in the s&h charges for a 100mL bottle that they claim weighs 6.2 pounds (i.e. Navegar, L' Eau D' Ambre, etc.) – the “sale” is probably a misnomer (so-to-speak).

You know, I've been eyeing that Timbuktu for a week now, and your post put me over the edge! It came to $100.88 with shipping and tax (NY). By my calculations, that a respectable 20% off. Not bad.

Drat! Just got an email from Amazon: My order has been cancelled. The seller's item is out of stock. I'm kind of relieved actually. They did not have the best feedback, which I didn't realize until after I ordered it. L'Artisan Fever, I guess.
