As previously reported, Givenchy will release two more fragrances in the "Les Millésimes de Givenchy" harvest collection. Organza Jasmin d'Inde (bottle with gold cap) features Jasminum Grandiflorum from the 2005 harvest in Madras, India. Very Irresistible Rose Bulgare (bottle on far right) will feature the 2005 rose harvest from the "Valley of Roses" in southern Bulgaria. Both are scheduled to debut at Sephora in France next week. Lancome Tropiques, an updated version of a 1935 Lancome fragrance, will debut in travel retail next month:
The juice is a fruity floral, which opens on notes of cranberry, raspberry and kumquat. The heart is a blend of mango flower, jasmine and blackberry, on a base of Tonka bean and vanilla. (via moodiereport)
Lancome Tropiques is the first entry in a projected series of scents, Collection Voyage. It was created by perfumers Dominique Ropion and Laurent Bruyere, and will be available in 50 ml. (via cosmeticsint.co.uk)
Hooray! I can log in and comment here again, for some reason I couldn't yesterday. Stupid computer of mine!
I am longing for tropical scents so much (winter blues, huh?) that super-fruity new/old Lancome sounds very appealing!
Winter blues here too M…but longing for citrus instead! Not going to be in duty-free anytime soon, sadly, so it is just as well 😉
This sounds an awful lot like Calypso…which I actually *blush* have and enjoy!
LOL — if you're blushing, it must be bad!
and they better be darn careful not to mix in jasmine or roses FROM ANY OTHER HARVEST. I mean it. xoxo
LOL! So true 😉
