French niche line Olfactive Studio will launch Close up, a "wild amber" fragrance. The release is the first using the brand's new bottle design; the packaging features an image by Armenian photographer Suren Manvelyan.
From the inner self to the outside world, from the smallest to the largest, the composition of Close Up revels in contrast and the oscillation between opposites.
Intense and contrasting, the amber tones combine with a freshness. It has a full bodied character that blends seamlessly with anise and green coffee. Zooming in even closer, each ingredient gains in intensity and distinctness
Close Up was developed by perfumer Annick Menardo. The notes include green coffee, spices, morello cherry, white tobacco, patchouli, Atlas cedar, rose, amber, musk and tonka bean.
Olfactive Studio Close Up will be available in 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

This one is really interesting. Lots of cherry, but not sweet or fruity. Very intense. Man, I love Annick Menardo.
Good to know, thanks!
Sounds good, looking forward to trying it.
I may have to get a sample too.
