French niche line Room 1015 has launched Sweet Leaf, a new fragrance. Last year, the brand introduced Cherry Punk.
Sweet Leaf ~ "Buy the ticket, take the ride. Too weird to live, too rare to die… 4:20 am, still on the road. The sun, as pink as GRAPEFRUIT, is melting on the turquoise horizon. It’s dripping slowly on the blue concrete under your wheels. These purple trees along the road, they wave their leaves like old friends. Red EUCALYPTUS tentacles are sucking up the last drops of the dawn. The whiffs of dreamy JASMINE clouds and CANNABIS floating all around. The green ANGELICA on orange sand looks so unreal…The Universe rolled in a piece of thin white paper, and you’re behind the wheel. Sweet Leaf - the scent of a colourful trip with no destination." Developed by perfumer Serge De Oliveira; additional notes include turpentine, cashmeran and patchouli.
Cherry Punk ~ "10:45 a.m. - she’s always late. Sipping her CHERRY coke mixed with port, this spiky MIMOSA in army boots opens the Westwood’s shop at King’s Road. You would wait for an hour just to see her swirling around with the new vinyl records, this seditionary VIOLET in a spray-painted LEATHER jacket. Lost in a sweet reverie, her lipstick burns your skin, the JASMINE-white frills of her blouse gives you the hint of romance...but don’t get it wrong - maybe this “SEX” (the store created by Vivienne Westwood and Malcolm McLaren) is for the rebels, but it still sells. “7 pounds for the “Pistols”, no coins, please.” God save this Queen." Developed by perfumer Jérôme Epinette; additional notes include saffron, Sichuan pepper, patchouli and tonka bean.
Room 1015 Sweet Leaf and Cherry Punk are available in 100 ml Eau de Parfum.
