Oh sure, I'd take one if you twisted my arm. "The best-selling La Fille De Berlin fragrance by Serge Lutens is now available in this limited-edition travel kit. This chic, travel spray comes with four 7.5ml vials of the fragrance, as well as a funnel to refill making it perfect for travelling or for those on the go. La Fille De Berlin evokes a woman whose beauty renders her a notorious as her thorny character and unveils notes of rose, geranium, palmarosa, patchouli, moss, honey and black pepper." You can pre-order at Saks, $110, or pick one up at Harvey Nichols for £85.

Darn, that’s tempting.
Yep! But no idea what shape Fille de Berlin is in…someone must know.
Oh man. If only I didn’t have to pay for dental work…
Where are your priorities? ???
So cute! I think I paid $60 for my 50ml bottle, though.
Seriously! I paid about that for the last Serge bottles I got.
Ok, I want one of these with De Profundis and one with Fumerie Turque please!
Not yet, but it is also available in Nuit de Cellophane.
Oh yes please!
See, when Lutens came out with the Vapo Tout Noir, I approved of the basic idea (and bought two, Fourreau Noir and Rahät Loukoum), but thought it was ridiculous that they were marketing it as a travel spray. It’s an ounce! And as big as a liverwurst! Who travels that much? Who needs a whole ounce of *anything* when they’re on the road?
But THIS. I am one hundred per cent buying this the second I lay eyes on it. Won’t even have to think twice.
I too own a VTN and agree, that thing is too big for any purse or pocket. Looks great on my shelf though.
When I have checked luggage, I usually have 1 or 2 30 mLs – the super cute No.5 L’Eau, and/or Eau des Merveilles Bleue and/or whichever Alelier Cologne fits the destination / occasion. I bring the boxes too except Atelier Cologne as the bottles tend to survive well despite rough handling (by me).
Very tempting, La Fille de Berlin is one of my favorites ever…I just wish I knew if it’s been changed or not.
