Cartier has launched Déclaration Eau de Toilette Fraîche, a new limited edition fragrance for men. Déclaration Eau de Toilette Fraîche is a flanker to 1998′s Déclaration, and follows 2014's Déclaration L’Eau.
The notes for the spicy woods fragrance include bergamot, cardamom and cedar. The fragrance also promises a cooling effect on skin.
Cartier Déclaration Eau de Toilette Fraîche is available in 100 ml.

I loved the Declaration Essence when it first launched. I bought it again in 2010 and the love affair had changed. Not gone, but no longer so intense. I was always curious about the version with the rose in it, and I would give this one a sniff too the next time I walk by Cartier.
Can’t hurt to try!
The rose one (Déclaration d’un Soir) bears no resemblance to any of the Déclaration brethren, in my sniffer’s opinion. I was unmoved by it, but it seems to have fans. I enjoyed the first 10 minutes of the Declaration L’Eau from last year, but it faded very quickly into a boring woody musk of no consequence.
Not sure about these latest Déclaration flankers. Such is my respect and love for the original that I can’t write the name without putting that accent on the “e” every damn time – maybe I’m just biased against the new stuff. I will sniff this one out, though, even if it sounds like another retread. Déclaration Cologne, Déclaration L’Eau, Déclaration Eau Fraiche…was the original really in need of such slimming and freshening? It’s a perfect summer scent already!
