Thanks for this. Good to know we can get samples of the Grace Coddington scent as Aedes has “sample service” as an offering. 🙂
I thought the fragrance was only available in the UK.
And if Aedes is getting it, I’m pretty sure all the niche boutiques that carry CdG will get it 🙂
And no, it was always slated to be carried on Grace Coddington’s website, plus the CdG & Dover Street market boutiques in NY.
Thank you. So I guess when an article uses the work “exclusive” that it may not really mean that. 🙂
I didn’t use the word exclusive, did I? Or are you asking in general? In general, I’d say it rarely turns out to be true. Or sometimes something is exclusive to a store for a limited time. Or, for example, let’s say Harrods has an exclusive on something in the UK, you’ll see that fragrance reported as a “Harrods exclusive” in the press even when other stores all over the world have it.
No, I did not read “exclusive” on this site. about the Grace fragrance. But thank you for explaining above. I guess I need to read things less literally.
Also true that sometimes stores seem to think they have an exclusive when they don’t! Have seen this online, and have also been told by SAs that they have something exclusively when I just saw that fragrance elsewhere in the mall 🙂
Too funny. 🙂
Hi again – I remembered this string of communication when thinking how Kanye has been sued for saying his album is “exclusively” on Tidal. 🙂
