Le Soft Perfume Georges et Moi

French line Le Soft Perfume has launched eight new fragrances in solid format: Georges et Moi, Brune Melancolia, Eu Vent de Vous, Macadam Paz, Ne des Roses, Belle Furieuse, De Guerre Lasse and Swing Beauty.

Georges et Moi (shown) ~ "A symbiosis of flowers and woods. In the end only a few men matter in a woman’s life. Georges, my destiny and my affliction…" With bergamot, citron leaf, rose, ylang-ylang, ginger, magnolia,  vetiver and cedar.

Brune Melancolia ~ "A blend of roses and spices. The fragrance of hazy hours. The scent lingers on a skin, a gently flowing wave." With bergamot, grapefruit, raspberry leaf, blackcurrant, rose, violet, cinnamon, cedar and sandalwood.

Eu Vent de Vous ~ "A captivating amber whiff. When all we have left is a perfume, a unique eloquent trace of a significant and splendid encounter." With bergamot, cardamom, iris, tolu balsam, opoponax, benzoin, patchouli, vanilla, labdanum and amber.

Macadam Paz ~ "An astonishing ambered cedar. Wafts of a deeply moving fragrance, on a skin you could never imagine." With neroli, tuberose, clary sage, nutmeg, Texas cedar, cistus and vanilla.

Ne des Roses ~ "An unconditional majestic rose. The carnal love of a fragrance of roses, cluttering the gardens of our childhoods." With rose, peony, spices and mahogany.

Belle Furieuse ~ "Aromatic woods. In the name of all the women who dare saying "no". Their force is a great beauty." With lemon, mint, basil, pink pepper, petit grain, mate, cypress, pine, incense and leather.

De Guerre Lasse ~ "Noble notes of woods. The scent of a warrior’s rest, a moment of softness needed to journey further." With mandarin, bergamot, peach, violet leaves, prunes, lavender, cedar, patchouli, vetiver and moss.

Swing Beauty ~ "Splendid accords. The beauty and enthusiasm of joyful days. Dancing through life with a blissful perfume." With bergamot, mandarin, iris, jasmine, nutmeg, cedar, sandalwood, tonka bean, vanilla and musk.

      They used to be Crazylibellule and The Poppies, if that helps.

        Ah, looking at the packaging and copy, that makes a lot of sense. I loved their Encens Mystique and Rose a Saigon, so these may be worth a try.

    I like the idea of perfume sticks rather than slabs that you have to dip fingers into. I don’t like wasting it on my fingers or risking something like inadvertently rubbing perfume in my eyes. The challenge is adequately sealing it so that the perfume does not evaporate.

      I like the sticks too. Not sure how long the shelf life is, but 5 g is not much…

    I have had a couple from this brand and came to the realization that perfumes in stick form were not for me. I like a bit more movement in my perfume and with the two I had, the scent was completely absent unless you went through the day with nose attached to wrist- no waft at all.

      It’s true, they generally have little sillage.
