Armani Privé Pivoine Suzhou

Giorgio Armani will launch Pivoine Suzhou, a new fragrance in the Les Eaux collection under the Armani Privé label. Pivoine Suzhou is a tribute to the peony, and was named for Suzhou in China, a UNESCO heritage site known for its classical gardens.

Pivoine Suzhou was developed by perfumer Julie Massé. Notes include mandarin, raspberry, peony, rose, ambery  notes, musk and patchouli.

Armani Privé Pivoine Suzhou will be available in 100 ml Eau de Toilette, $260.

Huge fan of peony, but whoooaaa!
    That price is outrageous!
This fragrance would have to be absolutely amazing in order for me to purchase it.

The $260 figure is from Glamour, and I rechecked it but still wondering if it is a typo on their end. The last one they did in Les Eaux, Figuier Eden, was $160 in the US. So possibly this will get fixed…

All the Les Eaux are £100 here, so I wonder if that is a typo too. They seems to break down the Prive line here in 3 tiers, Les Eaux being the cheapest (ha), then the coloured stone bottle at around £140-150 and the gold top ones about £180. I hadn’t noticed fluctuating prices within those lines though.

Yes, probably a typo. Still, I wouldn’t pay $160 for a peony fragrance either.
