Serge Normant Avah ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 16 May 2012 10 Comments

Serge Normant Avah

Hairstylist Serge Normant will launch Avah, his debut perfume, in June:

Avah means Desire and Life…and has so many other beautiful origins from different cultures. Avah encompasses alluring and exquisite notes of ylang ylang, jasmine, amber, soft woods and musks to create a sensual fragrance experience. Jojoba, Aloe Vera and Vitamin E add to the unique composition with their caring, nourishing properties. Scent is such a sensual experience for Serge, he wanted to develop a fragrance that was meant to be an indulgence…to use freely all over, including the hair. A unique formulation was developed for this very purpose. His dream is for everyone to take a moment and indulge in Serge Normant Avah. Let that single moment allow your sensuality to unfurl. Enter the exotic.

Serge Normant Avah can be pre-ordered now from Barneys, $60 for 50 ml Eau de Parfum.

I look forward to trying this, too. It would be nice to try a frag that’s helping me keep moisture in my skin rather than helping to remove it (thus changing the smell of the perfume, darn it).

Yes, I’m interested in what the texture is like, although I don’t really have a problem with perfume drying my skin.

Doesn’t the bottle remind anyone of Encre Noir pour Elle?
