I don’t know why I want to sniff Une Rose Vermeille so darned badly…I’m perfectly aware of the dreaded lavender….and the dreaded raspberry! GAH! I’m still lemming a sniff in the worst way!
Interesting that firstinfrag. doesn’t carry Carillon pour une Ange.

EXACTLY. I thought I would hate CPUA, and am pretty much addicted to it. I fear for my bank balance with this one.

yeah, I love that Carillon too… those new pentagonal bottles for the “homage” line are so cute! I think I like them better than the blue ones!

I was strangely disappointed by the blue ones….and I thought I’d love a blue bottle. I’m so fickle!

At first I liked the Carillon….now I’m not so sure…it may be seeking a new home. 🙁

Really????! OMG, the sillage on that is soooo beautiful. Just on drop on each side of the neck and swan around to your heart’s content!

Well, I “Swan” around every day whether it’s intentional or not—
But as for the Carillon….the last time I tried it, I got a strange note….a sort of decaying thing….really put me off. I am currently holding off for some really cold weather —I think it might tame that. I understand that with complex fragrances you can get different things from it based on mood, weather, etc etc…so it needs a few more chances to win my heart (or my nostrils).

I have faith in your nostrils! 😉
