This sounds good and refreshing! I have their original verbena in the room spray and candle, for the bathroom.

The candle for this one looks nice too.

This sounds great. I’ll give it a try on my skin because, as I said in the Heeley post, the original Verveine burns my skin (why, oh why) and I can only enjoy it on my clothes.

But this one sounds even better!

That is really too bad…maybe whatever ingredient is bothering you isn’t in this one.

      Hey it burns me too!
But I used the other one, Verbena Agrumes and didn´t have the “burning” issue.
I have a Lóccitane store literally around the corner from my house, so I WILL be following this one closely! 🙂

At least now I know I’m not the only one with that problem!
I was wondering if the rest of L’Occitane fragrances would have the same effect on me. Good to know that about Verbena Agrumes 🙂

Isa- If you like lemon scented perfumes, you might want to try Lostmarc’h Din Dan.

Oddly, I don’t think I’ve ever tried the original, though I really like the Citrus Verbena. Mint and basil sound good… not too sure about the two green As.

I’m overdue for a trip to L’O. However, I find that verbena is kind of nice as an air freshener, but I’ve decided that for myself that zing is a bit too “screechy” as personal fragrance. For the same reason, I’m glad I just finished the last of my Tom’s of Maine lemongrass deodorant.

I’m the same with both verbena and lemongrass. Nice in the environment, but not on me.

Wow, I’d like to explode with freshness! But I still haven’t used up the Cherry Blossom I bought LAST summer when I needed refreshing.

This sounds lovely – whether I’ll be able to wear it or just spray it around the room (or light the candle). I love L’Occitane and there’s a store not too far away from me. I’ll check it out when I get back from my much anticipated soon-to-start vacation.

I’ll check this out of it comes my way as my kids and i are fond of the L’O’s verbena bath product. We are on our second huge bottle and I’ll probably keep buying. I find the perfume disappointing tho’. Not long lasting, and a bit screechy, as Joe says.

I’m a fourth burnee! I love the lemon smell, but it hurts too much to wear. It’s happened to me with other verbena-type frags (eg the Fresh version) and a couple of L’Artisans. Would love to know whether it’s the alcohol or a certain citrus oil. I can wear Cristalle safely till the cows come home. Still I’m tempted by this new L’|Occitane ….

Verbena is my favourite herb tea (can’t get it easily in the UK unfortunately). I find all L’Occitane scents just a little bit too strident or rather they start well on my skin and then something happens and the drydown is unpleasant. I’ve had the same experience with all of them. 🙁
