Hi Robin, is shopping online for perfumes really less expensive and how do you know if it's the real juice and not some kind of fake one??

Noticed websites where samples were for sale, but then samples are always for free in stores.. Why would anyone want to buy a sample?

Also tried to find anything of Montale – you mentioned that – but nowhere in any store here in CZ Montale is available. It is Swiss but does Montale sell in stores or only at their place?

I just love personal contact with somebody before I decide to buy a much desired bottle with it's contents

Not always cheaper, but for many brands, yes (at least in the US) and as long as you stick to reputable dealers, I don't see why you need worry about fakes. Ebay is another matter, as is buying at street stalls, etc. As to buying samples, they are not always so easy to find in stores. I'd rather pay a few $$ for a sample than buy unsniffed.

Montale is a French company. They had a Swiss distributor w/ their own store, but they've closed now. They do sell in stores in the US, but no idea what they do overseas, sorry! Perhaps send them an email?

Yves Rocher is one of my favorite sites that I've found through your blog. They are still doing free shipping on top of 20% off – so I just ordered a shopping cart full of stocking stuffers for less than $15 total (plus the free stuff they send)!

Let the last minute shopping begin! 🙂

They are a great source for stocking stuffers. The prices really are amazing. Wish the store near me hadn't closed, they do take a long time to ship to the US.

Super, they even have a store in Milan. Plan to go to Italy both in the spring as in the summer. Milan could be a good stopover on our way to Tuscany.
