Lust and Excess sound nice to me. The others are too fruity.

Greed and Sloth for me :-) Maybe Excess too, but that chocolate note worries me.

    Tea/Rose scent sounds amazing.

Thanks for posting about these, R. I saw the Gendarmes on the Sephora website and was intrigued by Rage, Vanity, and Excess. Looked for them in Sephora in White Plains, but they never heard of them. Didn't see them on the Gendarme site last time I checked either.

The Tea/Rose sounds wonderful. I'm going to order a sample, along with Patchouli Empire, this week. There's no description up on CB's website, so I didn't realize it was a Tea scent. Must try it.

    I want that tea rose!

I wonder if it smells like TAK's rose tea!!!

J, the packaging is cute too, and since they are making small sizes available I'll probably try them all…but they were not at my local Sephora as of last week.

M, Greed would be right up my alley except for the banana…will have to see how strong it is!

K, my Sephora doesn't have them yet either.

There is a description of the Tea/Rose, but hard to find…look first under perfumes, then under the Reinvention series. It isn't cheap though — I assume because of the rose absolute.

A, I want to try it too! Love tea, love rose, sadly don't love that Tak tea though :-)

All of the deadly sins sound good to me. (I guess this means I am a hedonist). Rage and Excess sound particularly good.

This is yet another series that ought to be in a set — for hedonists :-)

Lust, rage, and vanity, with a smattering of Tea/Rose on the side. Or maybe as a palate cleanser. At first, I wrote 'palette,' but then, I would, wouldn't I?

PS: Will try to deliver roses this week.

I like the concept of naming perfumes after vices! Being a floral/citrus girl my top picks would be Envy, Lust & Sloth! (and I AM a sloth too!).

Tea Rose sounds lovely as well. Rose is tricky on me as it often turns sour on my skin, but I think tea notes might temper that somewhat.

It is a great idea, but not an original one, see:

Rose turns sour on me sometimes too :-(
