It occurs to me that the flower might actually smell quite different from the leaf? But who knows what they are actually trying to capture with the fragrance ;-)

Ooo, I see much Demeter sampling in my future! Of the Herbology collection that is. Especially since the greenest of the current Demeters are the ones I like best.

I wonder how the Green Tea will be….I haven't found the earlier tea scents to be at all tea-smelling.

Ah, please tell which are the “greenest of the current Demeters”! I need to try them, I'm sure.

Demeter fragrances are so much fun. I used to be a big fan of Laundromat – I thought it smelled so fresh, especially on drab rainy days.

I can never wear it again though, and here's why: a few years ago I was hanging around with a guy friend who I had a terrible crush on, and before heading out to lunch, I snuck into the bathroom and applied a little Laundromat. It was not a romantic occasion so I thought I'd be in good shape with a clean scent.

I emerged and was promptly accused of re-doing my hair and using hairspray! Apparently he thought the Laundromat smelled more like Aqua Net. Mortifying.

LOL — I am too obstinate to let a perfume go that easily. One man's aquanet is another man's dream-scent ;-)
